Consultations for teams

Bringing ergonomics conversations to your floor.

We work alongside Auckland organisations to look at how everyday workspaces are arranged and used, then share general information your people can act on at their own pace.

A relaxed first visit

We listen, observe, and share practical ideas at your own pace.

  • Offices
  • Home setups
  • Hybrid teams
  • Shared spaces
  • Group sessions
Formats in detail

Three ways we usually work with a team.

Each format is centred on education and discussion. Nothing here is prescriptive, and every recommendation is yours to weigh up.

Desk-side walkthrough

A relaxed one-to-one at a single workstation. We observe, talk through options, and try a few adjustments together.

  • Around 45 minutes
  • Written summary included

Team workshop

An interactive session for a group, covering shared habits and questions, with room for live demonstration and discussion.

  • Small or large groups
  • Handout of key points

Space review

A wider look at a floor or department, considering how shared zones, desks, and pathways are arranged and used.

  • Notes by area
  • Follow-up discussion
What a visit feels like

Friendly, unhurried, and grounded in your context.

We are guests in your space. Our aim is to ask good questions, listen carefully, and leave you with clear, general information rather than a rigid list of rules.

  1. Before

A short chat to understand your team, your goals for the session, and any practical constraints.

  2. During

An on-site walkthrough or workshop, with hands-on discussion and plenty of space for questions.

  3. After

A plain-language summary of the topics covered, written so anyone can revisit it later.

Before you book

A few honest notes.

No. We share general educational information about workspace arrangement. We do not offer diagnosis, treatment, or any clinical service, and our content is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

We focus on understanding and adjustments first. If equipment comes up, we discuss general considerations so you can make your own informed choices. We do not sell products.

We are based in Mount Wellington and work with organisations across the wider Auckland area. Mention your location when you reach out and we will let you know what is practical.
